30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Used, damaged, or altered products
- Products returned after 30 days
How to Start a Return
- Email support@homedealshub.xyz with your order number and reason.
- We reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Received a damaged or incorrect product? Email us a photo within 7 days and we will send a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping needed.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, check your bank account and card issuer first, then contact us.
